suppliers holds four rows. Do not create the table again: change it, and keep the rows.

1. Add a column active. It is required, and it is true for every supplier, the four that exist and the new ones.
2. The column since is unclear. Rename it to partner_since.
3. Nobody uses the fax column. Remove it.
4. Add supplier 5: Northern Monster Plush Ltd, from GB. The INSERT fails. Change the table so that names of up to 40 characters fit, then add supplier 5.
5. The team calls suppliers "vendors" now. Rename the table to vendors.
