The gallery gets a budget of its own: gallery-monthly, 3 USD a month, with an email to ops@monstermarket.example once actual spend passes half of it. A colleague drafted it in ~/budget.json and ~/alert.json.

1. Read both drafts and compare them with the plan above:

2. Fix what does not match the plan, in the editor.

3. Create the budget with both files.

4. Read the budget's alert back and check its threshold.
