• market-api waits in Init:0/1. Its init container's logs say what it waits for. The manifest is right; the cluster is missing something.
• market-web runs, but its render init container wrote the page into a directory that is not a mount, so nginx serves its default page. Fix web.yaml so render mounts the content volume at /out, delete the Pod, apply the file.
• market-worker never gets past its metrics init container, because that container loops for ever. It was meant to run beside the worker. One field in worker.yaml turns it into a sidecar.
