The registry at localhost:5000 holds status-page:1.0.0 and latest, both pointing at the same digest. status serves 1.0.0 on port 8080. The source for the next release is in ~/status-page.

Requirements:

• The new image reports "version":"1.1.0" on /health. The version comes from ENV APP_VERSION in the Dockerfile.
• 1.1.0 and latest are pushed. Nothing new is pushed as 1.0.0.
• status keeps its name and port and runs 1.1.0.
• rollback-test runs the 1.0.0 tag on port 8081, to prove the way back works.
