This lab adds two small tables, sizes and colours, to the shop.

1. Think before you run it: how many rows does sizes CROSS JOIN colours return? Read the row count of each tab.
2. Every size with every colour: size, then colour.
3. Think before you run it: how many rows does SELECT * FROM orders, customers; return?
4. Each order with its customer: the order id, then the customer's name. Start from the comma form and add a condition in WHERE.
5. Every size of the Container Crab Tee: the product name, then the size.
