web-3g4096 is running. Note its public IP, then stop it and look again:
sh
ID=$(aws ec2 describe-instances --filters Name=tag:Name,Values=web-3g4096 --query "Reservations[0].Instances[0].InstanceId" --output text)
aws ec2 describe-instances --instance-ids $ID --query "Reservations[0].Instances[0].[State.Name,PublicIpAddress]" --output text
aws ec2 stop-instances --instance-ids $IDOnce it is stopped, start it and compare the address. Then allocate an Elastic IP, associate it, stop and start once more, and confirm the address stayed. Finish by turning on termination protection and attempting a termination.
