Read Last State, its Reason and Exit Code. The container needs about 64Mi and its limit is far below that. Raise the limit and give it a request too:

kubectl set resources deploy/market-api -n vitals-yvfkvr --limits=memory=128Mi --requests=memory=64Mi

Once the new Pod is Running, compare the Deployments' memory with kubectl top pods.
