1. Think before you run it: the average instructor salary is 78000. How many instructors earn more than that? Read the instructor tab.
2. The instructors who earn more than the average salary: name, then salary. Let a subquery compute the average.
3. The students who have more credits (tot_cred) than the average student: name, then tot_cred.
4. Every department with its budget and how far it is below the largest budget: dept_name, budget, then the difference.
5. The name of the student with the most credits.
