Two instances are running: shop-bt4rpv and old-test-bt4rpv.

1. Keep the id of shop-bt4rpv in ID, and note its public IP.
2. Stop it, and wait until its state is stopped.
3. Start it, wait until it is running, and compare its public IP with the one you noted.
4. old-test-bt4rpv was left over from last month's testing. Terminate it, and only it.
