The VPC staging (10.8.0.0/16) exists and has no subnets. This time you pick the blocks.

1. Keep the VPC's id in VPC:

2. Create four /24 subnets inside 10.8.0.0/16, none overlapping another:

   Name	Zone
   web-a	us-east-1a
   web-b	us-east-1b
   data-a	us-east-1a
   data-b	us-east-1b

3. List the VPC's subnets to check your plan.

4. Try a fifth subnet, extra, that overlaps one of yours, and read the error.
