06.Make It Stay

Keep two settings for every new shell: an alias, and ~/bin in PATH. Add them to ~/.bashrc, then load the file.

Add the line alias errs='grep ERROR ~/logs/till.log' to the end of ~/.bashrc. Keep the other lines.
