book_list has the key book_id. Each publisher's name and city repeat once per book.

1. book_id → ? → publisher_city. Which attribute is in the middle?
2. Create publisher(publisher_id, publisher_name, publisher_city) with one row per publisher and publisher_id as the primary key.
3. Drop the two publisher columns from book_list, and make publisher_id a foreign key to publisher.
4. Lantern Press moves to Ottawa. Before you run it: how many rows must the UPDATE change now?
5. Move Lantern Press to Ottawa.
