docker compose up -d ran in ~/signup and reported both containers as started. Only one is still running. Find out why:

docker compose ps -a
docker compose logs web

Open the file:

Make two changes:

1. Give db a healthcheck that runs pg_isready -U postgres every 2s, with timeout: 3s and retries: 10.
2. Replace the short depends_on list on web with the long form: db: and, under it, condition: service_healthy.

Check the file, then apply it:

docker compose config
docker compose up -d
docker compose ps
curl -s localhost:8000

Run docker compose up -d once more and read the status Compose prints for signup-db-1.
