The release notes in ~/site need a live preview while you edit them.

Serve the directory with nginx on port 8080:

docker run -d --name docs -p 8080:80 -v ~/site:/usr/share/nginx/html nginx:1.27
curl -s localhost:8080

Add a line on the host and request the page again. Do not restart the container:

echo '<p>v2.1: faster uploads</p>' >> ~/site/index.html
curl -s localhost:8080

Have the container write a file into the mount, and look at it from the host:

docker exec docs sh -c 'date > /usr/share/nginx/html/build.txt'
ls -l ~/site
