Marketing made promo.monstermarket.example an alias to the S3 website endpoint and put the page in a bucket market-promo-7sgwwj, but the page does not load. The page's files are in ~/promo.

1. Keep the zone's id in ZONE. Customers who type monstermarket.example must reach the shop through market-alb, and the record must report the load balancer's health, so that routing can skip it later.
2. www.monstermarket.example must reach the same place, and keep following the apex if the load balancer is ever replaced. No CNAME.
3. Answer the question about the partner's site.
4. curl http://promo.monstermarket.example/ and read what S3 says. Make the sale page load there without changing the promo record. The old bucket can stay.
