Yesterday a colleague started moving monstermarket.example to Route 53: there is a hosted zone with a www record for the shop server app, but customers still get NXDOMAIN. The database market-db runs in the VPC market (the default VPC). The colleague also made a private zone market.internal with db.market.internal for the app to use.

1. Find out why customers cannot resolve www.monstermarket.example, and fix it. curl http://www.monstermarket.example/ should reach the shop.
2. Tomorrow the shop moves to a new server. Once its address changes, every customer must see the new one within 60 seconds. Get the record ready today.
3. Answer the question about when the move may start.
4. On app, db.market.internal does not resolve either (sudo dnf install -y bind-utils gives dig). Find out why and fix it, keeping the name invisible outside the market's network.
