Each task needs one or two functions from the lesson.

1. Each customer's name in upper case, then the number of characters in the name. Two columns.
2. Each customer's name, then a contact email. Show no email where the email is missing.
3. Each product's name, then the price with 13% tax, rounded to 2 decimal places.
4. Each order's id, then the number of the month in which it was placed.
5. Each customer's name, then the number of days from the signup date to today.
