The Monster Market team needs five reports. Each one uses tools from Chapters 1 to 3. Where a task asks for an order, the check compares the order too.

1. The 3 members who signed up most recently, newest first: name, then signup_date.
2. A price list of the products that are in stock: name, price, then a column named band. The band is budget below 15, standard below 35, and premium for the others. Most expensive first; for equal prices, sort by name.
3. A mailing list of the customers outside Canada, sorted by name: the name in upper case, then the email, with unknown where the email is missing.
4. Page 2 of the order list, with 5 orders per page, newest first: id, order_date, then status.
