Two namespaces. straits-149ivkm has the API and its Service. straits-149ivkm-ops has a dashboard Deployment and the client Pod.

From client, resolve the short name, then the full one:

kubectl exec client -n straits-149ivkm-ops -- nslookup market-api
kubectl exec client -n straits-149ivkm-ops -- nslookup market-api.straits-149ivkm.svc.cluster.local

Then expose ops-dashboard on port 80 in its own namespace and fetch it by its short name.
