The signup stack works and holds three signups. A teammate has pushed version 1.1.0: a new app.py and a restart policy in compose.yaml. Neither is running yet.

Read what changed and record the current state:

Recreate both containers so the new code and settings run, without losing the data. Then verify with the checklist from the lesson: health, the existing signups, a new signup named ops.
