The greeter service on this host should answer on port 8080 with Welcome to pier, ops!. It does not. Its settings are in ~/greeter/greeter.env.

Goal:

curl localhost:8080   →   Welcome to pier, ops!

• ~/greeter/greeter.env sets GREETING=Welcome to pier and NAME=ops.
• The container is still named greeter, runs stackmonsters/greeter:1.0, and reads its variables from the fixed file.
• It keeps the restart policy the old container had.
• Host port 8080 stays.
