06.A Second Network

The team wants a second network, staging, for trying changes before they reach the market. It may one day be joined to the market's 10.0.0.0/16, so its block must not overlap that one.

Create a VPC named staging with the block 10.8.0.0/16, keeping its id in VPC.
Give it DNS hostnames.
Someone suggests giving staging plenty of room with 10.0.0.0/8. Try it and read the error:
