List the VPCs of the region:

aws ec2 describe-vpcs --query "Vpcs[].[VpcId,CidrBlock,IsDefault]" --output table

Save the default VPC's id, and nothing else, to ~/default-vpc.txt. There is only one VPC, so Vpcs[0] is it.
Answer the questions.
