The instance orders-70mjvu needs its own disk for order data.

1. Keep the instance's id in ID, and find which zone it runs in.
2. Create a 10 GiB gp3 volume named orders-data in that zone, keeping its id in VOL.
3. Attach it to the instance as /dev/sdf, and check that it is attached.
