The market's web servers run in us-east-1a and us-east-1b of the default VPC. The security group uploads-efs-mpnw0a is ready for the mount targets.

1. Create a file system with the creation token and Name market-uploads, keeping its id in FS.

2. Keep the group's id in SG:

3. Give it a mount target in each of the two zones. Each needs the default VPC's subnet in that zone; this finds the one in us-east-1a:

4. List the mount targets and wait until both are available.
