The versioned bucket market-menus-11q8xk5 had a good menu.csv. This morning someone uploaded a broken one, then deleted menu.csv altogether.

1. List the versions of menu.csv, delete markers included:

   sh

   copy

   aws s3api list-object-versions --bucket market-menus-11q8xk5 --prefix menu.csv

2. Save the broken version, the newest real one, to ~/broken-menu.csv for the incident report.

3. Bring menu.csv back.

4. Make the good version, the oldest one, the latest again.
