The versioned bucket market-contracts-l38skq is in us-east-1. The role s3-replication already exists for S3 to copy with. A replication configuration is drafted in ~/replication.json.

1. Make a bucket market-contracts-eu-l38skq in the eu-west-1 region, and turn on its versioning.
2. Read the draft, put your new bucket into it as the destination, and put it on the source bucket.
3. Upload ~/terms-2027.txt to the source as terms-2027.txt.
4. Check that the copy reached Ireland.
